This is a unique opportunity for an A Level entry student to complete a structured training programme within our Private Client Administration Team (PCAT) in Jersey as an alternative to going to university.
Trainees will rotate around key departments within the Private Client Administration Team (PCAT) for a period of approximately 32 months, gaining valuable exposure to offshore trust and company administration.
During the programme, the trainee will be given the opportunity to study, leading to professional qualification status. Additionally, on-the-job training, complemented by classroom instruction by in-house and external training providers, will allow trainees to further their practical knowledge, as well as their technical and soft skills. Subject to the successful completion of this programme, there will be an opportunity for further career progression within PCAT or the client-facing arm of Private Client Fiduciary Services (PCFS).
