We build solutions tailored to your fund's operational requirements.
RBC Wealth Management offers a comprehensive fund administration service that operates from both Guernsey and Jersey. With more than US$40 billion in AUA 1 (for our corporate client base alone), we are one of the major providers servicing collective investment fund structures from the Channel Islands.
Our Corporate & Institutional (C&I) team is well versed in the establishment of funds and the regulatory and operational requirements for both traditional and alternative investment fund structures. We work closely with RBC Dexia Investor Services, selectively utilizing RBC Dexia’s global custody and fund administration platforms. Management control is retained in the Channel Islands, which has allowed us to enhance our existing service offering to the burgeoning alternative investment fund sector.
Depending on your needs, we can provide as much or as little of your fund administration as you require, and will tailor our solutions to your fund’s operational requirements—no matter how complex or sophisticated.
We provide the following fund administration services:
- Financial accounting
- Fund valuation
- Net Asset Value (NAV) calculation
- Registrar and transfer agency services
- Shareholder servicing
- Compliance and anti-money laundering provision
- Corporate secretarial services, including provision of "registered office"
- Exchange listing support
In addition, our affiliate division, RBC Corporate Employee & Executive Services (RBC cees), provides expertise in private equity and property fund administration and employee benefit trust services.
