RBC Wealth Management
British Isles Graduate Rotational Programme

Location: London, Jersey and Guernsey
Length: 3 years
Position Type: Graduate Trainee

A unique programme aimed at offering extensive development and learning opportunities across the entire RBC Wealth Management business.

This integrated programme will help build on your technical knowledge, your soft skills and, crucially, your awareness of what other people do to make the business function as a whole.

Over a period of three years, you will rotate across core businesses throughout our British Isles offices—primarily Jersey, Guernsey and London—with the possibility (subject to availability) of working in our Edinburgh and Cheltenham offices.

At the end of the programme, you will have the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications for your chosen field and be placed in a permanent position that best matches your strengths, attributes, experience and personal preferences with the needs of the business.

Private Client & Fiduciary (PCF) Graduate Programme

Location: Jersey and Guernsey
Length: 1 year
Position Type: Graduate Trainee

RBC Wealth Management has one of the largest trust operations in the Channel Islands.

The PCF Graduate Programme is based on structured learning covering client-facing, client administration and other wealth management work while operating from a single PCF team. The programme lasts 12 months and offers the opportunity to commence some of the offshore professional qualifications required for the role. Upon successful completion you will be promoted to Administrator.

RBC Corporate Employee and Executive Services (RBC cees)
Management Development Programme

Location: Jersey
Length: 4 years
Position Type: Management Development Trainee

RBC cees is one of the leading global providers of integrated corporate employee benefits and wealth management solutions, providing services to a global client base of blue-chip organizations.

The RBC cees Management Development Programme covers a period of four years, during which time you will rotate across the key departments of this rapidly growing and dynamic business. Subject to successful completion of the programme, your goal would be to secure a managerial position.

Through this programme, you will develop your technical and managerial skills and receive on-the-job and classroom-based training. In addition, you will be required to complete formal qualifications, such as the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
