Business Development Leader
Achieve business results through sales leadership and implementation of strategic direction and representation in the local marketplace. Work in partnership with regional teams of client-facing professionals, RBC Wealth Management and RBC partners to implement strategies, processes and disciplines to achieve sustainable earning and revenue growth. Develop an effective, adaptable team to maximize revenue and productivity opportunities. Champion sales management practices and lead in the implementation of strategic initiatives. Enhance employee capability and engagement while leveraging full RBC capabilities.
Trust Professional/Private Client & Fiduciary
The Trust Professional is primarily responsible for relationship management with settlors, beneficiaries, beneficial owners or other principal “client” contacts in relation to the structure under administration (referred to collectively as “clients” hereafter). This person:
- Ensures the effective, efficient and profitable administration of trusts, companies and services to financial institutions, investment management accounts, estates and other related financial structures for international clients in conjunction with clients' legal, tax and financial advisory team.
- Ensures that all clients’ affairs are serviced and administered in accordance with the terms of the governing document (e.g. trust deed, Memorandum and Articles of Association); the laws, local regulations and guidelines of the relevant country; and the policies and procedures of the trust company as amended from time to time.
- Contributes to RBC's growth and profitability through the close control of revenue collection and costs, the development of further business opportunities through new and existing client referrals, and cross-selling RBC products and services.
- Ensures adherence to the company’s policies, procedures and internal controls in fulfilling its obligations through commitment to both internal and external auditors.
- May be responsible for supervising, training and developing a team of trust administrators.
Private Banker
The Private Banker primarily develops and maintains a portfolio of profitable high net worth client relationships with the aim of enhancing the client’s satisfaction. Emphasis will be placed on building mutual relationships based on choice, expertise and advice through an ongoing client discovery process that demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of each client’s situation, needs and goals.
The Private Banker will be responsible for delivering a robust suite of banking, credit, structured solutions and investment services to their target client base. He or she will also source and refer appropriate opportunities to other professionals within RBC Wealth Management and RBC Financial Group.
International Investment Advisor
The International Investment Advisor’s role is to independently attract and manage the financial assets of high net worth clients. The International Investment Advisor will be responsible for delivering a robust suite of investment solutions to his or her target client base and will source and refer appropriate opportunities to other professionals within the various businesses of RBC Wealth Management and RBC Financial Group.
Investment Manager
The Investment Manager is responsible for managing discretionary portfolios. In addition to his or her specific technical mandate, the Investment Manager is accountable for client satisfaction and retention, problem resolution, developing and implementing a written investment management plan, making appropriate introductions to other RBC professionals and businesses and ensuring optimal cross-sell for their assigned book of high net worth clients.
