Our 8-10 week structured summer internship programme allows you to gain a full understanding of our wealth management business while based in a single department.
Most of the training will be on-the-job, which we believe to be the most effective and rewarding way to gain the most from your internship.
You will also have an opportunity for classroom-based training, attending in-house business presentations and workshops and completing a group project with fellow summer interns. A prize for the Best Performing Summer Intern will be awarded by senior management towards the end of the summer.
At the end of your internship, you and your reporting manager will complete an assessment form and discuss the internship—how your experience was and where you see room for improvement in the programme. In return, we will provide you with constructive feedback and discuss future career opportunities.
